Actually, Hello will benefit the Xmas freeze as it will be most likely included in Year Ender countdowns and such compared to Sorry. Sorry may not peak as high as it could, itll probably peak lower than it would have because of the incoming freeze

imagine you have "10 slots" for songs, 3 of them is adele, 2 is justin bieber, the rest some other songs. so normally there could be some gains and maybe one adele slot would be lost for justin bieber and he would have three slots. BUT

christmas is coming, christmas songs are played, so one adele slot is lost for (for example) All I Want For Xmas, one Biebers for Last Christmas. So normal songs are freezed and they aren't gaining anything like normally they would. after xmas all xmas songs are gone and songs are starting fighting for slots in normal way

I'm not saying Sorry won't still get a bigger boost, but its increase over 1.5 hours after his performance on The Voice is rather unimpressive. Adele still has a considerable lead. We'll see how things are in the morning, but Coldplay, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly, and The Weekend all improved upon their previous Pop Bars update by 1/3 to 1/2. Sorry only increased 4.3% (dividing 0.2202 by 0.2112).
