The first of PJ and John Parish's collaborative singles, it became clear fairly early on in the voting that "That Was My Veil" is nowhere near as beloved as "Black Hearted Love".
One of the less explosive PJ singles, the sole (?) instrumentation of Parish's acoustic guitar compliments PJ's mournful vocals in a way that clearly isn't appreciated by you heathens. Also, it is the only song in the rate to not receive a single 10. Some of y'all genuinely thought the Oh Hell No singles were better than this underrated gem.
Also, sorry about how much the graphics/write-ups suck. This laptop doesn't have Photoshop and I just didn't have the time to be as witty, eloquent, and coherent as I usually am.

The lead single from Uh Huh Her, "The Letter" went on to become one of PJ's highest-charting singles ever. Only "A Perfect Day Elise", "Broken Homes", and "50ft Queenie" peaked higher than it. Fun fact.
I may have underrated it a biT because I just listened again and was low-key slain but on a normal day, I consider this, much like the rest of Oh Hell No, to be an unnecessarily noisy, tuneless mess.
