I mean the most annoying thing about this thread are at least Swifties can post countless specific, mind the word specific, examples and details of how she's a sweet person. Meanwhile her detractors literally have nothing but "mean and evil!!" "How do you know?" "I said so!" And some really sad attempts at playing armchair psychologist. What's truly sociopathic are certain members literal obsession with a person they supposedly don't like. A PawsDown teas
Who else but the Lord can make adults act in a specific manner.
And if these "friends" are willing to do as she says, just so they can hang out with her.. Is it her using them for fame.. Or them using her for her fame?
This is all ofcourse assuming that this article isnt complete ********.
remember this? should we even consider the authenticity of these garbage tabloid magazines.
seriously, I am utterly disappointed in Ed Droste taking down a girl 11 years younger than him just based on some vague personal account he didn't even state any specific details and a trashy tabloid article. Man up please. I know he's gay but he's still a man, right?
I know like, he's more like delayed fan
Lorde disliked Taylor but once she met Taylor, it becomes a good friendship
I mean, give me the source why you judge her like that? More like from their pressed soul of her success
But actually that's what makes Taylor more relevant. The controversy just makes her more popular
lets see if New Romantics could get so much boost because ppl see the lyric relates to her life lately
You're right, there is no way that Lorde would be able to support those ridiculous stories about Taylor telling her friends what to wear.
These stories, publications and hatred toward her really cement her as the most powerful singer this year
Flash news : your fave is probably more rude than Taylor, but no we don't know because as celeb they must keep their image....don't even try to judge unless there is a specific tea
So according to you, how is it possible for a celebrity nowadays to do a genuine good deed? If they do something nice and charitable, people are gonna talk about it and their PR team would obviously 'feed it to the press' as you say. Even Brad and Angelina, travelling the world and adopting kids from third world countries, are they also not genuine, fake and calculated because everyone and their moms talked about them whenever they got a new kid. If they do nothing, they are not charitable and selfish. But if they do something and people talk about it (it's impossible to avoid social media and press these days), they are ingenuine? It's like damn if you do, damn if you don't - kind of thing. You're really fffed if you're a celebrity trying to do a good deed.
I'm saying that Taylor's altruism would at least be somewhat believable if she weren't so goddamn transparent about it. For all her team's media finesse and devious marketing wiles, they're very gauche about this sort of thing.
I am worried for the country Young girls will grow up thinking it's ok to be mean. Thinking it's ok to bash other women. Thinking it's fine to write diss songs about another woman.
When a female artist is on top, these type of rumors will come up.
I remember magazines stating Britney didn't use to greet her fans and even once they said she ignored one in Brazil and went to the bathroom to laughed at her with a friend.
I dislike Taylor Swift, like a lot, but that does not mean I'm going to state she's a witch or something to bring her down. She's just ambitious like Madonna and Beyoncé are.
