This Lady GaGa thing is confusing. So are both Lady GaGa editions going to be counted together or separately?
Seperately because the deluxe edition has The Fame on as well so is being counted as a rerelease of The Fame, meaning the deluxe will be added to The Fame's totals but the 8-track standard edition will chart alone.
I don't mind about her position as long as she sells more than GGGB. She's been constantly showing growth of album sales with each album. If Rated R debuts at 180-200k, then it's more than GGGB's, which is a good thing. Even she's not a first week seller, Def Jam will milk her album to the end, and as previously seen with GGGB, it's among the biggest seller compared to the albums released at the same time with it. It's not about HUGE, it's about LONGEVITY.

i agree. def jam needs to get the single choices right. they did madness by not releasing breakin dishes, and they released shut up and drive (which i love) as the second single instead of dont stop the music. dont stop music blew up as the third single.
