dddddd;; don't say that. I may go earlier then. If not it will have to wait until Saturday. But I want it on launch day.

Luckily I'm used to going out to work at 5am in the morning anyway so it won't be too difficult.

I wish the 'reserve and pick up' option was still available but it seems they've taken it down now [for my country anyway].

It was a fiasco in 2012 and I am not looking forward to experience the same again.

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE, Apple and Telstra are the ****ing pits! and what makes it worse is that all the call centres are based in the Middle East and you can't understand ****! They're so painfully stupid it physically hurts talking to them. No one knows what they're talking about

The way this preorder has been handled (especially in Aus and by Telstra) is a classic case of an organisation so out of touch with its customers that it destroys brand loyalty. The call centre staff are woeful and are simply telling customers whatever they want to hear to get them off the phone until launch day comes and then they tell the truth.

Outsourcing works when you are providing answers to simple questions or just collecting standardised information. It doesn't work when you are relying on the employee to use their brain. The memorised script only goes so far

girl if you gonna go that late you might as well not go at all

just because the mall doesn't open until 7 won't stop people. On Black Friday here in the US people wait outside malls since like 24 hours beforehand

i remember reading somewhere that it was about 1 mm. It'll teeter a bit when you lay it on its back but barely..definitely won't matter if you put a case on it.

anyone who wants the 6+ on friday and isn't in line right now can forget about it. My mom's friend who is a manager at apple said that supply is extremely limited for it, evidenced by the fact that they always let their employees get dibs on the phones before they are open to customers, but they aren't allowing that for the 6+

Also some of the carrier stores won't be getting ANY of the 6 pluses at all

so glad I preordered.
