I believe they're doing finishing touches on the album right now and it's being released anytime soon.

Funny story, there's a guy on Grindr who's username is Heart On (I guess) and I only remembered that it was opposite to the 1975 song. When I posted a few minutes ago, I thought I remembered that username being Heart Out so that's why I thought The 1975 song was titled Heart On.
