It was sent to radio in most European countries right after the album came out. I read that it was sent to Australian radio last week as well.

In The US they are going to focus on Empire i guess.

I hope everything works out perfectly because for those of you who live in the US, Shakira will probably come to your city or a city near yours. I need Dare to be a worldwide hit so there'll still be a chance that she comes back in Montreal. As of now, I don't see her coming here or even in Toronto.

Especially if she ends up having at least two other hits off this album, she will perform new songs instead of her old ones and the tour will be even better and greater! I've never seen her live. I'm sick of watching videos on YouTube, I want to see her in the flesh.

I'm a little scared. I just don't want this to be another Empire without any kind of radio support because it doesn't get sent to stations in the first place. Radio seems to be paying her dust, and a rush release feels more like a hinderance than a smart move.
