I think we're just going in circles here. Maybe it does target everyone. I just don't think it's accidental that they chose of all the possible video treatments to make it look and seem like a children's movie. But that's just me.

We could go all night debating though. We could trade Adult Contemporary #1 stats with Radio Disney #1 stats but really nothing changes what she released. We all know that Katy has fans in just about every demographic. She's Katy Perry. She got to where she is for a reason: mass appeal. The point I was trying to make is that she has content that is much more digestible to kids than her peers, resulting in what likely should be a larger fanbase of children. But again it's an opinion. Maybe you think kids prefer to watch What Now or Applause or Wrecking Ball rather than a music video featuring jungle animals. To each kid their own .

Gaga's cheapest is in the $30 range+taxes ofc but she had to do M&G in order to get that low ticket price range. Although she's still picking fans from the GA floor to come backstage like she did with the BTW BALL.
