Almost any conventional form of contraception can fail. It's rare, but it happens.
Don't use quotation marks on the word accidentally here. That's anything but cute, it sounds like you're insulting all woman who get pregnant when they didn't want to and probably used contraception that simply failed.
A woman who aborts a pregnancy can go on and have a child later in her life when she actually WANTS one. She can get pregnant 2, 3, 4, 5 more times if she wants to. On the other hand if the woman doesn't abort (or isn't allowed to) even though she doesn't really want that child, there is no going back. She has to deal with it now.
Do you see the difference?
