the case was dropped on december 29th in the form of a stipulation of discontinuance (prejudiced) which means the case is being sealed for good
I don't know what it means according to Jo's freedom but i think she is free....

The most recent document from TODAY, says something about idk what being denied to the plaintiff. JoJo is the plaintiff. I hope this doesn't really mean what I think it does

An preliminary injunction - which was what she was trying to get BEFORE this stipulation happened. So basically that document means that her previous plea has been dropped cause they've reached an agreement in the form of this stipulation. I THINK
Is anybody else surprised by this stipulation of discontinuance??
its surprising blackground agreed to close the case when they probably put their remaining funds into hiring that media lawyer
