Yeah, I'm talking about the overated artists though. I know some of you mods have good tastes in music, but you guys obviously let your "threads" die. Like Johnny does Korn and that flops here on ATRL.

But this site is all about POP music. I like Korn and all (some of their music) but I'm not like a huge fan. Know what I mean? Jesse is POP, so that's why I think it's a good idea to promote him cause that's what ATRL aims for.

I get what you guys are getting at, but there happens to be a lot more POP fans over ROCK fans. Is there even a "big" ROCK thread in this place?

Did you even care to read what I wrote? I have to bump it cause those guests won't join. They do care about his news. I remember once when it landed on the 2nd page, there were 4 guests in it. Read guys, it's not that hard.

This proves that we have more Jesse fans as guests,not members. Some people want to keep updated of course....

I just don't mean Jesse. I'm talking about others as well. Brandy, Leona Lewis, Colbie Caillat? I like all 3 but there's no need to be an official thread for all of them. I'm sure many of us would like to here news about a new single, album, etc. but I don't know about you guys but when I see "Brandy OFFICIAL thread" or "Leona Lewis OFFICIAL thread," I'm just not interested to go in because I know most of the stuff in there is useless garbage when really all I want is news on a NEW single.

People can make an official thread for an artist if they want, it's a forum. And it does make it more organized to have an official thread where u can update it, whether then posting new news constantly in the Main Music Forum.

If we got rid of the Jesse thread, I'd post like up to 10 threads weekly, about news on him.

Official Threads >>> 10 to 15 weekly artist thread updates.

Isn't that the reason why TC made the option of changing the title?

You could update the Official thread to like "Mariah Carey has a brand new remix out" then with the next update "Mimi is on the set of her next video"

It doesn't always have to be "Mariah Carey's Official Thread" 24/7 with a million "unseen" updates.

I'm not trying to win anything. I'm trying to make a point this is already organized the way it is and it's pointless to have 10 to 15 threads weekly (maybe even more?) for the same artists. Just change the title damn it. It's not that hard. You don't need "Official Thread" for the artist in the title.

LMAO. What's the point of doing that when you'll get like 3 replies for the whole thread? Right, there is none. And when 2 of those replies are from you it just defeats the whole purpose.
