I need to see Toni Braxton and Secrets in the top 30, Sade needs to make an appearance too(her last 3 albums can be described as RNB), Alicia"better than your faves" Keys needs to be top ten twice, Miguel needs that top ten, and there need be no mention of Frank Ocean or Beyonce except for 4's residency in the top 49.
Hikaru Utada's enlglish album better be included, the second one with the corny lyrics but flawless production.
And Butterfly is an overrated, forgettable decent album at best.
Girl bye. Butterfly shows Mariah at her peak lyrically and sonically and even vocally. She speaks through the songs and her forays into hip hop don't sound forced.
And Breakdown alone slays all the other girls their discographies.

Dadyream is her best album. Butterfly shall always play second fiddle. "Breakdown" is an excellent song though.
Mary J. Blige's fourth album, Mary, slays discographies if you've ever heard it. The classic blunt and emotional Mary lyricism at its best. It has the same old passionate, throat-prolapsing Mary screaming/growling of course, but her tone sounds a bit darker and richer on this album. Each of the instrumentals is grade A. Plus, the album differs from its predecessors in that it leans more toward Adult Contemporary than Hip Hop. "Beautiful Ones" is better than "Breakdown".
TBH, Mary deserves Top 30. It is far superior to her debut and sophomore efforts.

Suuuure. Butterfly has like four standout tracks. Apart from "The Roof," "Honey," "Breakdown," and "My All" (all singles) it's just another Mariah album. But OKAY. I don't want to dictate what people vote for, but I will never get the Internet forum love for BF at all. It's such an average record that barely gets any mentions on critics' lists or R&B lists, and it wouldn't make most Greatest of All-Time lists. But vote on I guess.
