Besides sis, the dates ARE in Kelly's favour. Firstly, the song was made before September of 2011, because that's when the demo leaked. It then gained momentum and much success in January/February of 2012. BM leaked more than five months later...
So yes, Kelly made the song over a year before BM. There was also a space of six months between when the song was peaking and when BM was released. There was time for Pink to hear the song and see it's success before she released Blow Me.

Anyway I just denied it when someone said Pink stole Kelly's sound. It's often considered the other way around. It isn't even relevant to discussion. While Pink loves Kelly and Kelly's voice, I'd assume Kelly's a non-factor as far as inspirations for her music concerned
