Uhhh can you guys stop hating on The Cataracs? I'm not going to defend Dev because clearly Dev and Beyonce's vocal range are miles different - but if you listen to the production on Dev's album then you can hear it's phenomenal.
Like A G6 was one of their most BASIC production, even they have said it themselves.
Furthermore, The Cataracs have worked with Chris Brown, M.I.A. and Shakira... and Dev.
(plus 50 Cent and Timbaland and David Guetta.)
I think their collaboration would be very different and interesting. It will bring a youthful sound to the album which is good... do you want it to be filled with songs about babies?
