I think the album would have continued to sell regardless, and if SLY had already taken off by now would it not be safe to assume the album would have sold more? RITD has been in decline for quite some time, but there's been a reluctance to move on to SLY. Hence the sales of 21 are reaching new lows because there isn't really anything pushing sales right now. I hope she has a sizeable amount of AI before the VMA performance, after that it should really take off. I'm also hoping the SFTTR can take off at some stage in November. An AMA performance would be nice.
