^ well yeah all albums are front loaded by that users logic.
Anyways what matters is how much an album has sold in its lifetime no publication will say " well it sold x copies it's first week but 5 months later it wasn't selling those said x copies therefore it was front loaded " when talking about an album
Breakthrough albums like Fearless or 21 were not front loaded and before the digital age albums usually weren't eithet, but yes in 2016 99% are front loaded to some extent.
25 sold 3.5M first week which of course automatically makes it pretty front loaded, which yes doesnt matter at all.
Total sales are the important thing.
That's why the all time BB200 formula from Billboard is so stupid. It heavily favors the unusual back loaded breakthrough albums, despite them being a lot more unseccesful than other albums released around the same time.
ehm first of all, 25 was pretty much the most anticipated album release of all time, it opened with 3,4 ****ing million sold copies it's bound to be pretty frontloaded.
yet it got 10 weeks at #1 and has so far got 35 weeks inside top 10 (more than any album released since 1989), and yet, 10 months after release, it's still top 10/15 on the albums chart.
