Because it is their job, which requires a certain "dress code". For females and males also. But the mentioned scenario and what happened to that student is not the same situation, and you know that. And not because one of them would be a teacher and the other one a student. TBH if the mentioned female teacher wouldn't wear a bra while wearing a so-to-say classy and non-revealing top I would not care.

Because it's her job and it comes with the territory? Kinda JUST explained that.
She has the right to free nipples just like this girl, however the situations are obviously different and you know that. You kinda have no legs to stand on in this argument, not with this analogy at least.

Man boobs are out all the time with no bra and its perfectly fine. I know women who dont show up with a bra all the time to work and school but hey still dress modestly (loose fitting, not see through, a certain length). Not wearing a bra is not immodest. And as for "WTF do ya'll expect". What we expect is for men to have control over themselves and to be held accountable for their actions. I guess that's too much to ask huh? As if men are like some wild animal who can't control their hormones and have boners every minute or go into raping frenzies. Thats what most of ya'll are basically saying with these arguments. yes, the standards for adults are different in this and many other cases. while a teenager is still in the stage of /preparing/ for the workplace, the teacher is actually /in/ the workplace, so yes, it is a bigger deal. and that wasn't even my main point. strawman much?

No, the situation isn't different. A nipple is a nipple. If one is pointing, why can't the other be pointing? Why can't the teach have a free nipple, sis? Is it because it would be distracting? Y'all say the class would be focused more on the teach than the student. Ok, and? Are you saying the very same boys y'all argued shouldn't be catered to as far as comfortability is concerned are NOW allowed to feel uncomfortable in front of the teacher's nipple?

All the (gay) men in this thread arguing about the female anatomy when they can't even conceptualize how female breasts aren't sexual organs  what a mess. Sending her home because some boys can't control their hormones prioritizes men's right to education over that of women. It is blatantly sexist and wrong, especially if she wasn't purposefully exposing her breasts with the specific intent of sexualized disruption.
