HM can kind of be considered a UV 2.0 i guess. even though the instrumentation is 100% different a lot of the themes are similar and tempo wise they are very similar.
i'm one of her biggest fans and i admit that it is time for her to change it up. if she delivers another 65 minute ballad-laden album i would enjoy it but i dont think it would be received well critically or commercially.
But if she didn't release an album that was more slower and ballad(y) filled it would not be a Lana album, that's her style of music is slow and soft versus all of her peers which are more upbeat.
