After a couple of listens it could be fine on urban radio but just that... Fine. I'm a huge JoJo stan, but I am disappointed in the hype over this. When i hear talk about how this single will change everything, I just expected something more out of left field. She has been recording for long enough so I'd hoped they'd have some tricks up their sleeves. She has a fantastic pop voice as well as this kind of sultry R&B voice (and again this is a nice album track), but with the right collabs she could be great and smash like she did before on pop. I'm still holding out hope for that for her someday. I'm sure the album will be great because I trust her as a musician, but after all this time I really just hoped for something more.

I wanted them to go all generic for at least a hit to get her name.back on radio. I don't give a damn if it was the most generic ever, that's.what she needs. Watch this becoming another buzz single at the end. First next single next year

But if we want to get more songs and an album finally released, she needs some semblance of a hit. That is my biggest problem after following this 3rd album for so long. The label has made so many bad decisions through all of this and it's getting to the point that someone needs to make one really good one with her for once. I enjoy any tracks she releases, but nothing has been sustainable so far, usually because of lack of work on the label's part. I guess if they are planning to focus on just an Urban Radio release with this, maybe they have a shot *if* they promote it. But yeah, at this point it's make or break: give us an obvious smash or work your ****ing asses off to promote her for once.

But we wouldn't be enjoying anymore JoJo if she flops and quits the music industry entirely. Right now, she relies on her fans to make it big. Not really a number 1 hit but at least make it crack the top 40. We really need to do something about it.

Disaster reached 87 for 1 week and flew off indefinitely. I don't want that to happen again.

Thank you boo, glad I'm not the only one who is finally not ok with just enjoying a new release from her just because it's new. We have been dealing with this same situation for too long. It's completely reasonable to be trying to focus on the bigger picture.

I understand what you're saying, but after all of this time NOTHING is being done. I'm guessing they're not trying to appeal wide audiences, and there's nothing we can do about it. Before this song came out I harassed Blackground on Twitter and they didn't reply to me...so once again, there's not much we can do. It's up to her label at this point. I enjoy this song and I hope she gets to release more despite this whole label issue.

It really is. I'm just holding out hope that they'll come through this time. She deserves so so SO much better.

She needs a hit. She NEEDS a hit. She gave us too much free music already. It's time the fans to give back JoJo what she has been giving sacrifice for the past 6 years. We need to work hard to get it on rotation. That's the least we could do
