Once I got past the use of language and got into the vibe and message, it slayed me. AMAZING buzz single, but I'm not confident in it being an actual single.
What I'm getting is that she's calling out men who live an expensive life on the surface without working for it. They want the fame, recognition and lavishness without putting in the necessary hard work. Nicki is saying she worked for it and gets the wealth/fame as well, so all they can do is look at her in envy.
Yasssss this is amazing. This is the first single. As long as it smashes urban radio anyway. She can release a 2nd single pop crossover song in a few months before the album comes out.
Would radio even play it considering half of the song would be muted?

i like the song and i get the criticism of the male gaze in the vid but miss lauryn did it better & she would be perfectly justified to tug a bit at nicki her wig if she so pleased.
