Well that shows that she doesn't need BIG singles to sell albums, like other artists do. Taylor's record label has already said they don't care about singles, they just want Taylor to make a complete album as a whole. 
Rihanna needs to make a complete album and then her sales would be better BUT I stil love Talk That Talk.

Having a #1 album is really irrelevant when you go in to sell millions of records. Longevity is the key.
