The production is unbelievable. I can't believe he actually managed to reach (and exceed) my extremely high expectations made by GKMC. He's truly the best since Kanye, or even Andre 3000 in my opinion.

This is a 7-8 on first listen. It's on par with Cole's album IMO

I respect your opinion, but to me, that J. Cole album has nothing on this album. Kendrick's wordplay is on another level, and the production on this project is more dynamic than Cole's.
Note: I do like Cole's album as well.

I agree on the wordplay aspect but Kendricks performance as a rapper on the technical end of things on this album is kind of disappointing tbh.

It's not like I'm saying it's bad though.
