All of Alicia's music is like the blandest of bland R&B music with that unpleasant singing voice.

I think she's a solid songwriter. Not the greatest by any means, but she's alright. Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart is incredible in my opinion.
Fair enough about her voice though. That's why I can't listen to Nelly for the most part.
