1. Moisturize
2. Mattifying Gel
3. Primer
4. Color Correcting
5. Foundation/BB Cream/Tinted Moisturiser
6. Concealers (first a neutral one for dark circles, second a lighter shade for eye bags)
7. Setting Powder for face & eyes
8. Bronzer
9. Contour (Cheekbones, nose, forehead, temples)
10. Highlight
11. Brows (I'm very messy with my foundation so i leave brows for later)
12. Mascara/Liner on outer corner of eyes
13. Setting Sprays
14 .Shimmering highlight/ Luminizers (they glow way more when you apply them after a spray)
15. Lip tint
Sounds like a lot, but i try to aim for a "natural" look
@B'day there is no exact right way to apply make up (apart from the obvious things like primer before foundation etc)
But a lot of people prefer to do their brows before their foundation, i don't because I'm messy with my beauty blender and i tend to dab at my brows and get foundation on.
I like to contour after i bronze but most prefer the other way round (also i tend to bronze then contour then go bronze again, then go contour again because I'm a mess and I'm addicted)
Some swap the order of concealer and foundation
I know some that contour under foundation for a more natural look
Depends on your preference and what you like to stand out really

What's a Matifying Gel, Color Corrector?
I use:
1. Moisturizer
2. Primer
3. Foundation
4. Concealer
5. Powder
I'm trying to go for the No make up on look, I'm a guy by the way.
So do I need all the other steps?

What are the stuff I need to buy for fake eyelashes and where can I find them?
I'm considering to buy them and try, although I'm pretty sure I will be a total flop at putting them on

Question.
I noticed some people say their face is darker than their neck. I also have this problem.
How do we find the right foundation color shade?
They say to test it on the neck, but as I mentioned before, the neck is lighter than my face

I rarely use makeup but when im goin out and wanna feel a lil extra i use it. It started with only concealer a few years ago to just hide my imperfections (acne) but now I use my Touche Eclat Foundation by ysl to give me a fine base. It's light to medium coverage but its perfect and has SPF. So it's my go-to foundation, especially in the summer. My skin has also green undertones and am a little darker so i dont always have an easy time finding the right shade but the foundation matches me quite well.
I also use Loreal true match concealer. and sometimes dab a lil gold highlight from my friend's anastasia glow kit. That's about it.
I have a beard so contour doesn't work so i just settle with foundation mostly lmfao

Some people recommend both jawline area and neck to see which color matches best when you blend it. If you already have a foundation that's perfect for you, it's easier to compare colors when you wanna check other brands. If you noticed your current foundation is too light or too dark, try to go from there and find lighter/darker shade and see if it blends nicely and doesn't look weird. I don't know how it works in other countries, we sometimes can ask for free samples (we just need our own container) which is useful because you can try it at home, with natural light and see how foundation wears I'd also recommend reading reviews, some foundations turn almost orange or other weird stuff happens. Hope that helps a bit.

I mainly follow Pony, Tina Yong, Kandee Johnson, Michelle Phan, Bebexo, Roxxsaurus and Lauren Curtis
Pony is probably my favorite although she doesn't have much videos. She's a professional makeup artist but she uses affordable stuff for her videos and not too much, plus she's also adorable

I use True Match also!
I bought a few color samples because I'm in the process of trying to find my shade color, which is challenging

Omg Where do I even begin? First of all, I love make up, it's a must for me. Also, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, like I have to look really pretty or I get really self conscious, like I worry sometimes that I look really ugly in this avi.
Anyway, Any tips you all have? I'm always trying to improve and I worry sometimes, because I don't know if I do a good job with it but I guess I can always improve.
Edit: Oh, also I might be starting a make up channel sometime soon, my physic suggested that too me so maybe I might become famous that way, I'd also really love to be a model someday if possible.

Not at all, but for me personally it makes it look less obvious when you have bronzer/contour on because it brings back the dimensions of your face the foundation washes away.
Color Correcting is what i do before foundation/concealer, i basically try to neutralise any off colors (like redness or dark circles etc) so i don't have to use a lot of foundation trying to cover them.
Mattifying gel is because i have combination skin so i use it to prevent it from getting oily over my t zone.

Jeffree Star is my favorite along with Carli, Tati, Kandee, and Nikki.
Also my beard doesnt stop me from contouring Unless yours is much higher than mine.

Yassss sis start your own channel! I would've done that **** ages ago but men wearing makeup is still something our community needs to get used to, so I'm kinda afraid of backlash
@B'Day, your makeup is so on fleek
