Look at the credits for the songs written on the Fame...... I dont need to "take a seat". Continue being a hater.

People are bothered that a young girl can come in with her acoustic guitar and songs written based on her actual life and feelings and trump albums concocted by teams of expensive songwriters and producers.
With her last album, she wrote every single song by herself. No assistance. And she was still successful and pulled in Grammy wins.

I'll say it again, because you probably didn't see it: Fearless was the best of that batch of nominees, honestly, but there were quite a few albums that were not nominated that I thought were better, hence why I went with Fearless. I also think Speak Now is better, but that's neither here nor there.

Wait, the E.N.D. was nominated for AOTY? Seriously, I stanned hard for the Black Eyed Peas that era, but they did NAWT deserve to be nominated for that. Kind of like how Katy, Beyonce, and Rihanna didn't deserve it either... like, I love their music, but... Album of the Year? Really?

I highly disagree with their picks for all of these years. So inaccurate imo.
Edit - **** not U2 though lol.

I mean, that was an unforgivable snub, but Adele deserved it the most out of the five nominated. I can't at the few suggestions that Loud is better than 21.

This.
Most people only listen to the past 3 albums. If that.

They did it on purpose. They were scared that if Kanye was nominated, he would have enough industry pull to win against golden girl Adele, so they snubbed him from the onset. All of the Lights nominated for SOTY, but the album not even nominated? That is some shady shizz...

Are you guys forreal right now?
IASF is Beyonce's worst album to date. It does have it's shining moments (Sash Fierce side - Video Phone + Halo & If I Were a Boy). Overall, it's just a mediocre album with some songs that are just phenomenal, and then others that are just bad.
The Fame was an average album at best. Even GaGa stans don't use it because of how basic it really was. TBH, GaGa didn't do anything risky with the album besides bluffin with her muffin and askin for a disco stick...
The E.N.D. has too many flaws to even list all of them. It was just a random ass album without a set theme.
The Dave Matthew's Band album isn't really competition IMO.
Fearless, IMO, was the best choice. The other albums had a major flaw that it didn't. The Fame would prolly be my #2 choice, followed by IASF, then the Dave Matthews Band album & lastly BEP. The fact they were even nominated shocked me.
She was crossing over to pop with that album and I think Tayloy really did deserve it, because she crossed over by also staying true to country. She had the best of both worlds with that album and it showed with the critical acclaim it got and the best award to win at the Grammy's.
It was most likely between The Fame & Fearless, but I guess Fearless was just a bit better.
I guess pressed Bey & GaGa stans are voting for Taylor when the real upset with GaGa was with The Fame Monster, which was better than the Fame in every way imaginable.

The only difference I see is that all of those GaGa songs you listed went multiplatinum WW whereas Taylor's songs didn't. All the lyrics for GaGa's songs were predominately her with fine tuning from RedOne. Those songs were her ideas, her experiences and her visions that RedOne brought to life with his production skills. Clearly, Taylor's producers didn't have the skills as GaGa's did to make her accepted as a WW artist.

Yes, seethe and continue picking one song from each album to represent an entire album worth of music.
While GaGa, Beyonce and DMB had people outside their personal fan base rooting for a win, Taylor had only her fans supporting her and expecting a win. There is absolutely nothing timeless about teeny bopper country songs that crossed over into pop. Stop putting Taylor up on a pedestal that she doesn't deserve to be up on. The award should have gone to either the DMB or GaGA and you know it.

The only people seething are the ones pressed and stressed about an award from 3 years ago, your post would be a perfect example of that.

Okay. So long as we agree that Taylor Swift is awesome.
I appreciate your appreciation of "Speak Now". I think too many people unfairly criticize Taylor Swift, when she is actually very talented and does a great job of communicating her thoughts and feelings through her songs.
