I remember this one time I was 15, and my parents went out for a meal/drinks for a birthday or something - so it was me watching my little sister, she was about 10 at the time. My parents weren't going to be back late (11ish) so we just chilled in my room watching videos and stuff. Anyway, around 10pm we can hear my mum talking downstairs, but it was slightly muffled so you couldn't understand what she was saying. I went downstairs to say hello but there was no one, we looked out the top floor window to see if they were on the street outside the house - no one. Anyway, it stopped for a while but then it started again. After about 20 minutes of crapping ourselves I decided to call my mum, when she picked up it turns out they were on their way home. What was so freaky was that the voice was identical to hers, and it was defiantly inside the house. To this day it freaks us out and we cannot find a logical explanation.

Gonna share mine. This happened not more than a year go (9 months ago at most). I was in the church I'm attending in and was talking to my pastor. She was the wife of the real pastor who just died like a week or two before that night. She took over the pastoral position on that church. So yeah, we were talking together with another woman and a teenage guy. Then the pastor's wife asked me to help her sign up on Facebook. Prior to that, she used to use her husband's account but since he died, she wanted her own, her husband's account is still active. After signing up, we were directed at the Facebook home page and there was a notification for a friend request. I clicked on that, but it said we should verify the account first through Gmail, which we just set-up for Facebook registration. We did that and returned to the homepage and clicked on the friend request. THE PERSON WHO ADDED HER WAS HER HUSBAND Like how did that happen? No one knew his account details, even if someone did, no one else knew we just created a new account for her It was so, so creepy, I never experienced something creepier than that in real life. I'm having goosebumps while typing this Bye,

When I was about eight years old, I started getting really bad headaches. One night my mom had given me some Tylenol and I ended up falling asleep on the couch in our living room. In the middle of the night I woke up because I had to use the bathroom and the house we were in at the time was a one storie house so the living room was linked to the hallway where all of the bedrooms were and also a bathroom. When I got up I went to turn to walk into the hallway and I just stopped because there was a man dressed in all black who was standing halfway in between the doorway of the bathroom and the hallway. He had hair that was dark and straight and almost shoulder length. After about 3 seconds he went into the bathroom. I walked toward the bathroom and when I turned the light on, the shower curtain was moving as if there had been a slight gust of air going past it. He wasn't there though but it stayed with me. the only thing I could compare him to by his looks is Ben Stiller did a parody of mission impossible one time and dressed up like the character when Tom cruise had longer hair.
Also my mom told me when she was younger that she was sitting in the car at a 7/11 while my grandma went in to get something. She said this guy came up to the car and he looked really rugged and had old clothes on and said, "the time is almost near". She said she turned to look at the entrance to see if my grandma was coming back to the car but when her eyes came back to where he was standing, he was gone.....
About 35 years later my family was talking to a guy who was helping us sell my grandmas house. My mom started talking to him about church and things of that nature. He started talking about how he had a recent experience with a guy coming up to him while he was pumping gas and had the same clothes and overall appearance as the man my mom saw and he also said the same exact thing to him, "the time is almost near".

Well I remember one night I went to the kitchen to get something to drink. I had the lights on and the curtains were still open. Them being open never really bothered me until that night.
I got my drink turned away from the windows, turned the light off and started to walk out of the kitchen into the dining room. I stopped and went back for something I can't remember what, but before I got to the light switch I looked at the windows and saw someone standing there outside. I couldn't really see their face but I saw the outline of them. I froze their for a few seconds, he didn't move. Then I ran to my grandparents room which wasn't far from the kitchen got them and when they got to the kitchen no one was there. My grandpa even went outside and made sure no one was there. Still freaks me out. I hate going by windows at night and they must have the blinds closed and curtains on them.
Once at that house too some random guy (could be the same guy from the other story for all I know ) was in our pool. I remember that night looking out my window from upstairs for some reason and seeing some guy just sitting their in the middle of our pool. My grandparents weren't home it was just me and my little brother so I just made sure the doors were all locked and went back to my room and watched TV.

When I was like 7 or 8. One of my cousins father had recently died (Mexican funerals are interesting) and when I walked into the main bedroom to where we were watching movies, the DVD player was floating in the air with his favorite movie playing on the TV; a movie that none of us had put in.
Another one actually occurred where I live now. When I was like 5 or 6, a member of our family had been hit by a car (more like pushed in front of a car). I was home babysitting and there was knocking at the door. When I went to the door, it was a woman I recognized. She introduced herself as 'Trina' and she was looking for my mom. She was familiar to me so I invited her in. We struck up a conversation and she started talking about the man who lives across the street from us then said she was married to him at one point. I got a call from my mom telling me she was nearly home. It was then that Trina decided to leave saying she had to go. So I watched her leave and walk towards the road where she laid down in the ditch in front of her ex-husband's house. When my mom made it home, I told her about what happened and she showed me a picture of our cousin who had died. It was Trina.

So I live in a council flat and we have this washing line area right outside my front garden, anyway, I think this happened last year, but I was home alone one night while my mum was out with her friends.
I went into the kitchen which has no blinds or curtains (which still bugs me) to get myself a drink. I turned around and outside in the washing line area, there was this person just standing there looking at me... I froze and was like squinting to see if it was someone or just me seeing things since I didn't have glasses on, I was sure it was someone and just grabbed my drink and ran out of the kitchen.
I went into my mums room and kinda leaned around the corner of the window to see and the person was still there just looking, I was getting really scared by this point and was contemplating on phoning my mum or not... This person was just in the dark, looking at my house, not moving or anything... I decided to go back into my room and left my door open so I could hear my dogs. After a while, I crept back into my mums room, looked out and they were gone.

This reminds me of this:
If you are alone in your room at home, then hear your mom calling from downtairs. When halfway down the stairs you hear your mom calling from uptairs "Don't come down there, I heard it too"

Ummm.
Super lame but this is all I have
I was with my sisters in a supposed "haunted" hotel and we were in the stair way doing something or another when all of a sudden we hear footsteps coming down the stairs. We didn't hear any doors open so we looked up and saw nothing. Then the footsteps started to come down faster and louder so we **** ourselves and got the **** out
No idea if it was someone who was already in there or what but we did not stick around to find out

So, as a continuation, last night I was home alone. It was around 10pm, I'm watching tv, trying to relax after a week of hard work. Suddenly I feel cold air close to me and my legs are geting chilly, so I was wondering wether to turn on the heating for an hour or so, but then all of a sudden I hear this loud ass music and voices blasting from the iPad, which was in a closed cover, hadn't been touched in hours, and was lying in the middle of the table I opened it and saw that a video of a commercial had started playing
I've had strange stuff happen in the past, but never like this, where it actually goes cold etc

I was cooking this week, I turn around to get something from the fridge and when I turn back my cooking utensils hanging on the wall are suddenly moving, I'm starting to get worried

About 2 years ago a friend of mine had to go out of town for a week and was expecting a few parcels to be delivered he asked if I wouldnt mind staying over one night as some packages was expected early in the morning and needed signing for i agreed.
anyways i gets to his let my self in (he gave me a spare key) and was just chilling i got bored and decide to do a bit of house work and laundry, after the wash had finished i went outside to hang the washing on the line it was a warm summer evening about 6-7pm i goes back in doors sits down turns on the tv i hear the biggest bang upstairs (like some one jumping of his bed on to the floor) and then i hear heavy footsteps run across the bedroom and straight down the stairs and just stop i was so terrified i just sat froze in fear i thought they was a bugler or something or someone was literally vaulting straight from up stairs to me anyways after a few moments i opened the door into the hallway and Knowbody was there the only way out was the front door wich was looked and key chained i went up stairs and checked out the upstairs not a thing to be found or no explanation what it could be needless to say i got a freind to pick me up
Iv literally never felt sheer terror in my life i don't know wtf it was but something bolted of the bed across the bedroom and down the stairs!
After telling my freind he started laughing and admited that twice he's woke up and thought he saw a guy dressed in all black walk out of his bedroom and hes actually herd footsteps in his office.
