They've danced better (Janet, Ciara, etc.)
They've sang better (Brandy, Mariah, Celine, Whitney, Beyoncé, etc.)
They've gathered more hits (Whitney, Mariah, etc)
And they've looked better too. (Subjective artists)
Wow the delusion at Britney being better looking than Rihanna. Britney was basic looking even at her peak in the Toxic era, plenty of ladies like that in the street. Rihanna on the other hand has been a flawless exotic beauty for 10 years straight, can't say the same for Spears.
Both are gorgeous and truly the most beautiful popstars we've ever had (just add JLo) but I'd say Rihanna... Her eyes alone are the most beautiful thing ever...
