I'm not blaming any victim. I'm just saying, if he makes you feel uncomfortable and you have the option of leaving, do it.
Leaving the set, even when they theoretically have that option, would mean passing up on a photoshoot with one of the most famous photographers that was arranged by their modeling agency or whoever they work for. It would mean throwing away a potentially huge boost to their career and be a slap in the face to their agents.
Considering this, you think they are just going to leave even when they do find themselves in a very uncomfortable situation? It really is not that simple.
When Terry Richardson does the things that people say he has done to models during photoshoots, then he is exploiting his position of power in a disgusting way. If these stories are true (which I don't really doubt when so many different people have accused him of stuff like this in the past), then you don't need to ask yourself who's to blame. It's clearly him.

I personally think Marina is struggling with who she is as a musician success-wise. She makes great pop music (even though I think her music fizzles out after some time) and she is seeing little to no recognition for it outside of Tumblr, music forums, and the internet.
Like when she came for Nicki that one time, she just couldn't believe that someone like Nicki Minaj, a black female rapper, could find extraordinary success so quickly on a worldwide level with rather basic sounding pop music while she (Marina) is struggling to make it big in the UK with her own music that she finds insightful, clever, etc.
I didn't take her comment on Nicki seriously for that reason. It's obvious that she is hurting and she is coping by belittling others who don't "deserve" (in her eyes) the success that they have.
That's just in my opinion, of course. I'm sure my conclusions might come off as crazy to some of her diehard fans, something I used to be. I wish Marina the best tho.
If you follow Marina's career closely like I do, you'd understand she's come full circle since she made Electra Heart. People love to mention how she shaded Dr Luke and then went on to work with but no one mentions she's said she made comments like that because she wanted success and was very unhappy. She held her hands up and admitted she was wrong but to this day it's still brought up.
Marina is so up her own arse (as a stan I can admit this, she loves herself) but I highly doubt she's crying at home about Nicki's success, more like she called her "unbearable" because that's what she thinks. It's as simple as that. Nicki's Pop hits damaged her credibility so she has nothing that Marina could want.
As for the musician success comment, I half agree. It's difficult being an artist where you're too pop for the indie crowd and too indie for the pop crowd. However in an interview at the end of the Electra Heart era (the one below May 2013), she admitted she knows success isn't going to come overnight for her anymore and she's content with that. She's well aware of who she is as artist now.
what sets gaga apart from the rest of the people you listed, INCLUDING your own fave?
The fact that she didn't work with not 2, but 3 different KNOWN pedophiles...
Not to mention, it is known Ke$ha has been struggling with creative control, and falls under that type of pressure to work with people she doesn't want to work with...
Gaga takes her own control, and CHOOSES to work with these fools.. I mean
Good on her. Do What U Want is a quality bop, but with R. Kelly's past, numerous rape allegations it's pretty tasteless and disturbing for him to be singing "do what I want with your body".
