Loud sounds nothing like Talk that Talk and Unapologetic has a much different story than TTT so I don't know what you're talking about. Even the singles from all three albums sound different. Loud: What's My Name, WFL; Talk that Talk: WFL, Where Have You Been; Unapolgetic: Diamonds, Stay, Pour it Up- all different, Rihanna's dabbled with just as many genres.
People don't say that because they sound similar, they say that because a lot of the Navy feel if she just re-released Loud with some tracks like WFL and Where Have You Been (which were the songs most similar to Loud's sound), it would've been more successful and Loud would have sold more than it already did.
(although the STD part was unnecessary/offensive).
