i agree with what they said. their own sound became so ubiquitous in the wake of settle. just look at the likes of duke dumont, route 94, gorgon city, jess glynne, too a lesser extent years and years and plenty of other flash in the pan house artists who have blown up over the past two years.
they sound bored of their own trend, but as i've said before they're absolutely competent producers and when they're inspired again i have faith that they'll deliver another amazing record, but for now i think they're not sure as to where they want to go.
holding on, nocturnal and superego is the trinity.
It doesn't have as many outright "pop" moments as Settle, but also feels more cohesive.
