What a flop ass bitch.
I don't even hate it but like... it's a cocoon. Not even an interesting looking cocoon like Kakuna or something. It is a grey oval with an eye. That gives it a certain dumb appeal to me for some reason, but it's not exactly inspiring a paragraph out of me. This is the cocoon that evolves into Beautifly, making it the inferior of the two. Surprised she was out first though, I thought her Beautifly connection and her Abyssy emo bang over the eye would give her the edge over Cascoon. Apparently not.
Kots is just perplexed, wondering "what's this?" Nothing worth talking about.
A Bomb uses the term "useless evo", while
jpow points out that it "looks the same as Cascoon". Hoenn her pallette swaps were a mess.
In a twist that shouldn't be surprising, but somehow is,
PhreshDiamond stans for this and rates it above ~75% of the rest of the gen, calling it "one of the best middle stage caCOON bugs".
..wow.
