It was "flagged for content" by users on YouTube, which restricts access to its users under the age of 18.They finally un-flagged the video some time last year.

Adele currently has 2 Vevo certified. Later this year, Set Fire to the Rain and Skyfall will be Vevo certified. Then she'll have four Vevo certified videos
