both sides are a mess but there is no denying that Republicans have held this country hostage simply because they hate Obama. mitch Mcconnell straight up said his goal was to destroy obama.
They are obstructing him because that's what their voters told them to do. It's one of the reasons they are voting Trump b/c the GOP didn't do it enough. It has a little to do with personal animus towards Obama.
I think you're being a bit too optimistic. Polling is likely in Bernie's favor in rust-belt states since most polling doesn't reflect a lot of younger voters/those with cell phones.

thats is an absolute lie. the GOP has obstructed bills that even help many republican voters themselves. from funds for veterans to healthcare for coal workers. Nobody wants a bigger breakdown of washington not even republican voters

I think it is safe to say Sanders will NOT be a VP candidate though if HRC is fortunate enough to be the nominee. Frankly, I am glad. Get some one younger that brings balance to the ticket.
