Albums are GOING to have sales from other countries in the world, so if it sells any certain amount in one country alone, it's a given it sold more WW. If another artist's album sold that first amount WW, then that's their overall sales. It's tragic.

Just like Marina sold 45k in the US and Charli sold 46k WW.
