No. You have to realise Bernie Sanders is very popular with the young demographics. So this results in his supporters being more vocal online and on social media than Hillary's. It has an effect of making Hillary seem less popular online than she actually is with the Democratic electorate. Plus all the GOP supporters know that Hillary is the major threat to them winning the Presidential election, so they voice more online disapproval of her.
Once Hillary wins the Democratic nomination, you will see more of a united front from Democratic voters. The animosity from GOP voters will continue undiminished but I think the GOP will have major unity issues of it's own when Trump hijacks the Republican nomination.

Ah I see.

Obama won many of the southern states hillary won this year. Bernie doesn't have that.

Don't fret about it. Hillary won all the big states against Obama in '08 and won the overall popular vote... We know how that ended up. Delegates are what matter. And, Hillary's lead makes it incredibly difficult for Bernie to recover. If she widens the gap... Bernie will be in even worse shape. So long as she widens the gap by any amount, then she wins.

Hillary 2016 is Obama 2008 and Bernie 2016 is Hillary 2008. Obama played the delegate game, because that's how you win. Hillary learned from her past mistakes while Bernie is repeating them.

Independents can go for Kasich instead of Bernie. That's what we really need to happen so Hillary can have that small margin victory.

At the end of the day, Bernie's biggest win thus far, MI, was such a close contest that he only managed to take only a few delegates more, whereas in Texas, for example, it was a for Hillary

That's likely going to hurt him in Ohio, honestly... Kasich and Bernie are going to be competing for the Independent vote more so than Hillary and Kasich.

Based on the fact that Hillary has more delegates than Bernie (like Obama against Hillary in 2008) and the states she's winning is very comparable to the states Obama won... That comparison is VERY much accurate.

Because people think that if you lose Ohio you can't win a general election.

691 delegates are up for grabs tomorrow, this is the true Super Tuesday 2.0, not that Matrix Reloaded type of sequel we had last week.

Again, Hillary won Ohio in 2008... Obama lost it and he went on to do just fine in the GE. All of this contentious debate on electability will die down once the primary ends.

The states were on a different schedule in 2008. Like I said in the thread already, 35 states are left compared to 11 in 2008. Not comparable

I accept the premise, if Hillary's delegate lead goes over 300 tomorrow, how can bernie get the nomination?

He wants to focus SOLEY on the people. Universal free health care, free college and wants to lighten governments role in peoples lives.... Not exactly democratic... Not to mention he does not support a number of the things that Obama has done to improve our country.

Doesn't really matter, once the delegate difference (without factoring in super delegates, which are not switching to Bernie) is large enough, it's going to be nigh impossible for him to recover.
Also, Fivethirtyeight has him at 86% on track to secure the nomination and that factors in where they're most viable (meaning Hillary and Bernie have different delegate expectations).

If she does go over 300, he can't get the nomination.. But that's being hopeful I think.
