I like Cosmic + Stored Power Clefable more tbh. I used it in RU last gen and also Sigilyph last gen in RU.

Now, let me end this off with the fact that on Pokemon Online (not sure where usage stats are for Showdown), Ludicolo and Sigilyph are used in less than 1% of battles. Sigilyph being the 160th most used pokemon in OU this gen, and Ludicolo being the 166th. I'll also point out that Gorebyss, Froslass, VIVILLON, and PANGORO are all used more than the two of those. And I haven't seen any of the two in all of the OU battles I've played this gen so far.

Sigilyph is positively effected by weather? Since when? And 5th gen doesn't change much either. Ludicolo is the 100th most used and not even in 1.5% of the OU battles? Sigilyph has it worse at #111. So what point are you trying to make? Are they viable or used? Clearly, it is neither. (In OU at least)
