I disagree with both points.
If it misses #1 it won't be because radio hasn't picked it up, which it is, it'll because it peaked digitally early in its chart run. I think it'll go #1 in a week or two tbh.
Fun is about to lose the #1 spot. Haven't heard the FEM/Bieber track yet, I'll have to give it a spin sometime.

It's sad when songs that should so obviously be #1 don't get it because top 40 radio doesn't support them. Too bad that the U.S. chart isn't 100% sales based like the UK Chart. A shame.
