The first two weren't that good either. Grave Encounterers did the whole first person view thing better even though the 2nd movie kinda went too odd with it's plot.

The first REC movie is iconic (a 10/10), the second remains good but couldn't live up to the hype it had (8/10)
Queen Of The Clowns is awful.
