I've caught my 2nd Shiny ever. A shiny Poliwhirl (****** nature tho but anyways) I'm good at fishing chains but my Pokeradar chains break for no reason before I reach 40. Tha fuk?!

Let me have a legit breakdown over this Jigglypuff REFUSING to evolve. This bitch has gotten 5 star treatment for the last month and still all it does is stay serving Kelly at the Haze Club-esque vocals and eating everything I own. It's almost level 80 too.
