I just SR for a Shiny Regirock and around 20 something encounters I found a Shiny Regirock!!!
I'll research some names for it later on. Time to try for Kyreum now.

I've just caught my 1s shiny ever in my life and it's a shiny Staryu. My 1st shiny is my favorite Pokemon. On my 6th encounter in a fishing chain. Now it's doing a stupid dance in my Pokemon amie. Is this real life, or is this just a fantasie.

It depends on the situation. With the new hitting through Subs it can be good, but you lose fire type immunity.

I think so, it's great on the Choice Scarf set to revenge stuff behind subs, and your Fire Blasts/SB don't get stopped by Light Screen. You can make a case about Flash Fire too obvs, so pick what your team needs more (Fire immunity x insurance against subs).

Is harvest reliable on trevanent? Or will natural cure rest work better?

Harvest is far more troll and definitely less reliable. You'll always be able to rely on Rest and then a switch to Natural Cure. You could mess with either on Showdown, but if we're talking about a multipurpose in-game Pokémon for Battle Spot and whatever else, I'd always go Natural Cure. Also worth noting that the Natural Cure variant allows Trevenant Leftovers, which are huge for a defensive Pokémon.

And omg while we're talking about Trevenant I want its shiny.

Harvest makes Trevenant OP, that's the better choice. You can't abuse subseed if you use rest.

Corsola, you should know SubSeed Trevenant is sort of gimmicky and only works on some teams.

Anyways, he's definitely NOT OU viable and I've said this before and I'll say it again - Gourgeist is better at everything he wants to do except absorbing status, which is the only thing Trevenant truly shines on.

Also, Gengarite got banned from OU.
