Streaming payout is increasing crazy though. In Q4 of 2014 I believe amount of streams were up almost doubled and amount paid per streat was up 33% comparative to Q1 2013.

Yes, it has. The money they make is nothing compared to the maintenance fees that need to be covered for licensing. You don't just pay a flat-rate fee at major labels to use their songs; you need to keep paying them.
