basically this. I would love for Rih to become Gwen Stefani 2.0 when its comes to fashion/jewelry/accessories but Gwen had been in the game waaaaay longer and actually stopped music for a while to get her brand situated. You can't do both at the same time and get fantastic results in both areas. Rih could've served GGGB/Loud type of success but her/her team are lazy and unorganized. The music is THERE. She has great songs on all her albums. TTT wasn't milked for all it was worth and neither was UA. I mean obviously some things you can't anticipate (RIP Gran Gran Dolly) but other things they could've handled had they used foresight... I mean the fact that a video for TTT was never shot because of god damn Blue Ivy
like the entire world knew Beyonce was pregnant. The second they realized it was a potential single they should've shot the video in advance or found another rapper for a remix.
Ideally, Rih would spend a good amount of time recording, trying to figure out imagery for her era, and figuring out an over all direction for her albums. Then her team could make everything happen while she works on vocal technique, choreo, cardio, and more. I mean seriously? Booking award show performances and coming up with engaging performances isn't that hard. If R8 doesn't solve the majority of these problems I don't know what I'll do. It just doesn't make sense. You have this girl who's extremely popular off the power of basically nothing... it's not like her promo ever helps. Why they refuse to get Rih to the next level i will never understand.
