PH experience: none! this is in fact my
very first time exploring the games section
of ATRL.
style: the pending ROTY/SOTY yes...
Honestly I don't think I could pinpoint a style. I will aim to do Madonna-esque reinventions because thats what I love to do. I think I can get bored easily of the same kinds of music and the same approaches to songwriting so I'm hoping to be able to expand my horizons with each round and experiment! My favourite styles are usually pop but I'm more inspired by the pop scene of the '80s and the '90s particularly Janet, Mariah, and Madonna. For the competition i'm looking to experiment with different styles inspired from that era - quiet storm to new jack swing to '90s house to industrial pop! And also of course inspired by my fave TAYLOR and to an extent Beyoncé ()
other stuff: I know it sounds weird but even from a young age i'd make my own songs. They were likely terrible but the love for writing (of all kinds) has always been there. I think this would be a great way for me to slowly get back into something that I've been neglecting and to gain the skills and practice that I need to improve! slay!
My main goal is to get myself out there more! I've been a very low-key member here so far and this would be a great way to allow myself to be a bigger/better part of the ATRL community. Can't wait to show you what i've got!
