elders.
Alright both members who are OUT serve as the JURY, each of you will pick an elder.
Satellites picks one ODD numbered candidate and BeamMeUp picks from EVEN numbered candidate.
BAsically, what would have happened was WHOever the OUT/JURY of this election voted would automatically become ELDER but since Satellites and BeamMeUp did not vote in the election thus they have to pick.
The players seem to love voting for each other and those "
's " are cracking me up. Thus when you vote for each other, you prevent the other person to be OUT and into the jurisdiction to pick you as elders.
