To me it felt like filler, only because we already knew who the killer was and this episode HAD to happen for us to be able to move on. If that makes any sense? Maybe it doesn't.

Also, I'm glad they didn't try to rush include Emma, it would've been messy.

The promo for next episode looks better than this one already. This episode was boring. I liked how they explained it and stuff but it didn't further the plot at all. The last 2 episodes have been pretty underwhelming.
