Gotta Be You is the second title track, so it won't be promoted at the same time as Come Back Home, they'll wait a while before releasing its video.

My guess is Happy's video is being released now because it helps promote the album and won't affect Come Back Home's success.

The MV was confirmed with all the rest

A total of four music videos will be showcased this time.

As mentioned earlier, the two versions of “COME BACK HOME” music videos
will be released simultaneously on February 28th,
and the other double title song “GOTTA BE YOU” will come next,
and the music video of a song titled “HAPPY” filmed in the U.S. will follow.

Now I know YG can't be trusted, but he confirms the MV there.

Because wherever you are, it's taking that into account. So it's 15 hours until 2pm Monday wherever you are, while Korea are 8 hours ahead. Minus that and it's 7.

The countdown works by counting down according to the time on the computer you're using to view it, rather than the time in Korea, so basically to anyone outside Korea it's virtually pointless since you have to convert the time yourself anyway.

EDIT: I also guesstimate SHINee will be back in Japan in May/June, so there's that too.
