Hanteo = Sales from korean retailers
GaOn = shipments from companies sold to stores. If an album isn't selling well and some copies are shipped back to the company it may get negative sales on GaOn.

For example: Zico's 2015 EP Gallery had 2541 copies shipped back in January, but he sold 856 in February so he appeared on the monthly chart like this:
