For example, if I had posted "Janet is a MESS!!" in the Mayalysia airlines in Ukraine thread it would have been really uncomfortable, wrong and tacky, but funny, because it's inappropriate and unexpected. That total disconnect to the actual tragedy of the event, turning into a reason for pop girl dragging, is funny.
I'd rather have Ordinary People be the #1 hit than All of Me tbh. I didn't think All of Me would hit top 10, let alone #1, when it came out last summer.
