• The OP consisted on a set of old gifs that have been posted since last year.
• It wasn't a recent event.
• The OP structure was poorly designed (no info, almost no coherent text, etc...)
• We're not supposed to make threads about celebs on random spots.
• A snapchat video could be considered as a selfie (against the new rules).
• OP focused on how "sexy" and "beautiful" the celeb was (also against the new rules).
• The gif said McDonald's but the thread stated it happened at Burger King
• Maluma isn't gonna happen

-I do however agree that the OP kind of went off topic.

-I'm not clear on the random spot thing? The situation is considered celeb news on any other non constipated forum. As for the place, a simple name change would've sufficed.
