This episode was really good from what I've seen (missed some bits due to a fault live stream) although the gun scene did feel a bit OTT even for PLL.

So in the beginning was Mona A by herself or has she always been working for Big A? If not, At what point did the other Big A take over? Also I remember in the season 2 finale, Mona said to Red Coat "I did everything you told me to do". That couldn't have been Ali after tonight. Was it CeCe? And why did Mona lie in that episode where they were all about to die in that house that was burning down and say she never saw who she was working for. Wasn't it Red Coat or did she mean this Big A? Basically I'm trying to separate Mona from Big A. Who did what and when?

Up until S2, Mona was working alone, then she said CeCe came to visit her at Radley as the Red Coat (that might as well, just be another lie though). Big A definitely stole the A-game from Mona while she was in Radley though. There's a possibility that Red Coat once lead the A-Team, but I don't really buy that lol bc we've never even seen Red Coat actually do something to harm the girls, except mislead them and what have you.

The lodge, I think Mona was trying to trick Red Coat into revealing themselves, and uber A sent Wilden to burn it down. That's why there was an A message at his apartment when they went snooping lol so I don't think she lied

In S4, all the -A things are definitely by Uber A, and not Mona.

Mona became -A after Ali died, and Mona started torturing the girls. When Mona was in Radley, the "game" was taken from her by Big A (the one that was torturing Alison). Red Coat we can assume was Ali wearing a mask or CeCe (Mona not knowing who Red Coat was when they were in the fire makes me believe it was Ali in a mask). But then again, what did Ali tell Mona to do exactly?

Big A = Season 1 - now (Began torturing Ali and is still doing so; Became more prominent after Mona was in Radley)
Mona = Season 1 - 2 (Began torturing the 4 PLLs)
